The end result; employees are left to fend for themselves, struggle and produce a mediocre product or task. And I have been there and struggled to do those same tasks.

As new technology transports us at a  rapid pace, and as local and global businesses are becoming more and more competitive, employees are demanding for new and up-to-date knowledge that will allow them to significantly contribute to the business. A well trained employee is after all, a valuable asset to the business.
