For those of us who rely heavily on MS Excel everyday to run a business, it can be embarrassing to admit our lack of arithmetic and calculus knowledge. It can be just as challenging dealing with Formulas and Functions.
Luckily, Excel has a feature that can help you to deal with those complicated Functions. It's the Function Arguments box.
The Function Arguments dialog box gives a brief description of each argument and guides you along with what data you need to enter in order for Excel to complete the calculation.
Arguments in 'bold' text is mandatory, whereas arguments in 'regular' cap is optional.
